Zazu has been going through abit of a teenage stage, he's not been very focused when we're training and not very obedient the rest of the time. The final straw was when he chewed up Flake's Hurrta coat! I decided I had to re-evaluate evrything I was doing with him, I realised I wasn't spending much time with him on his own. I was walking him with the others and doing the odd bit of training with him but it wasn't enough so he is now with me as much as possible,he's sleeping in my room and when im out with the horses he is with me. He's lovely to have around so it's hardly a chore. The improvemnt has been really quick, here's a video of some of his training, he was a little bit tired after going for a walk in the morning but he was still very good.

He is a proper bear isn't he ? It's difficult to remember to spend individual time with your dogs other than when you're training . I try and walk my dogs indivdually at least once a week , but it's not always easy to fit it in . But I do really enjoy it when I do and I think they do too - especially Ruby who doesn't do any formal training now .
